2012

The Colorado 7 SUV was introduced in Australia during 2012. This ANCAP safety rating applies to all variants of the Colorado 7.

This rating is based on ANCAP crash tests of the Colorado utility. ANCAP was provided with evidence that the Colorado 7 SUV provides comparable occupant protection to that of the utility.

Dual front airbags and head-protecting side curtains are standard equipment. Antilock brakes (ABS), electronic brake distribution (EBD) and electronic stability control (ESC) are also standard. Advanced seat belt reminders are fitted to both front seats. Dual pretensioners are fitted to the front seat belts to reduce slack in the event of a crash.
