Tested
2014

The Mercedes-Benz Vito was introduced in Australia and New Zealand in mid 2015. The ANCAP safety rating for the Vito is based on crash tests of the Mercedes-Benz V-Class. ANCAP was provided with technical information which showed that the crash test results of the V-Class apply to Vito variants.

This 5 star ANCAP safety rating applies to all Vito variants fitted with side head-protecting airbags (curtains or "windowbags") for front seats, excluding the eVito. Dual frontal airbags are standard.

A full list of safety features and technologies can be viewed within the Technical Report (see link adjacent).
