The Nissan NP300 Navara utility was introduced in Australia and New Zealand in mid-2015. This 5 star ANCAP safety rating applies to all single cab variants built from July 2015 to 29 November 2020.

This rating is based on ANCAP tests of the Navara dual cab. ANCAP was provided with technical evidence from Nissan which showed that the crash test results of the dual cab variant apply to the king cab and single cab variants.

Dual frontal, side chest and head-protecting airbags (curtains) and driver knee airbag are standard. Electronic brake distribution (EBD), electronic stability control (ESC) and emergency brake assist (EBA) are also standard. Advanced seat belt reminders are fitted to all seats.

A full list of safety features and technologies can be viewed within the Technical Report (see download link).
