The Chrysler Voyager was introduced in Australia during 2001 and side curtains became available in 2005.

The low frontal offset test score meant that the Voyager was limited to a 2 star rating and an overall score of 16.49 (the maximum available for a 2 star rating).

The diesel European model was tested by Euro NCAP. Australasian specifications may vary and therefore models sold in Australasia might provide different levels of protection to those described on this page. There is no diesel variant in Australia.

Dual front airbags and head-protecting side curtains are standard equipment. Antilock brakes (ABS) are also standard.

The front seat belt buckles are mounted on the seats and the upper anchorages are adjustable. These features improve the fit of the seat belt. Pre-tensioners are fitted to the front seat belts to reduce slack in the event of a crash.
