The Genesis G80 was introduced to Australia and New Zealand in 2019. This ANCAP safety rating is based on tests of the Hyundai Genesis conducted under ANCAP’s Niche Vehicle Policy in 2014.
Dual frontal, side chest and side head-protecting (curtain) airbags for front and rear seats, and a driver knee airbag are standard. Autonomous emergency braking (AEB) and a lane support system (LSS) are fitted as standard.
