The tested model of Infiniti Q30 was introduced in Australia in August 2016. This ANCAP safety rating applies to all variants.

Dual frontal, side chest and side head-protecting airbags (curtains) and a driver knee airbag are standard. Advanced seat belt reminders are fitted to all seats. Autonomous emergency braking (AEB) City and Interurban are standard.
