The tested model of Lexus RX was introduced in Australia and New Zealand in October 2015. This ANCAP safety rating applies to all variants.
Dual frontal, side chest and side head airbags (curtains) and a driver knee airbag are standard. Advanced seat belt reminders are fitted to all seats. Advanced crash-avoidance features including Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) are available as standard.
