The Lexus UX was first introduced in Australia and New Zealand in November 2018. This ANCAP safety rating applies to all variants.
Dual frontal, side chest-protecting and side head-protecting (curtains) and knee airbags for the driver and front passenger are standard.
Autonomous emergency braking (City, Interurban & Vulnerable Road User), and lane keep assist (LKA) with lane departure warning (LDW), are standard on all variants.
