The tested model of Proton Jumbuck was introduced in Australia during 2003. Proton Cars Australia has advised ANCAP that this model is being discontinued.

The Jumbuck has minimal safety features.

High Risk of Life-Threatening head injury in offset test and chest injury in side impact test. There are no top tether anchorages for child restraints so this vehicle is unsuitable for transporting young children.
