TESTED 2024

The Renault Trafic has been tested as part of ANCAP’s Commercial Van Safety Comparison which assesses the fitment and performance of the active (collision avoidance) safety systems fitted to commercial vans.

Renault Trafic vehicles built from October 2024 are equipped with an increased level of safety specification over earlier Trafic models supplied in Australia and New Zealand, and as a result, these upgraded vehicles achieve an ADAS performance grading of GOLD.

An autonomous emergency braking (AEB) system that can detect and respond to pedestrians, cyclists and other vehicles is standard.

A lane departure warning system is also standard, however active lane keep assistance functionality is not available. A blind spot monitoring system is available as an option.
