The Skoda Superb was introduced in Australia and New Zealand in March 2016. This ANCAP safety rating applies to all variants built from 2016, when a driver knee airbag became standard. This includes the Combi (wagon) variant.
Dual frontal, side chest and side head airbags (curtains), and a driver knee airbag are standard. Advanced seat belt reminders are fitted to all seats. Autonomous emergency braking (AEB) is standard in Australia but the city system was not tested by Euro NCAP.
