The Toyota Camry was first introduced in Australia in November 2017 and New Zealand in March 2018. Additional features have been added to vehicles manufactured from February 2021. This ANCAP safety rating applies to all Camry variants built from February 2021.

Dual frontal, side chest, side head-protecting (curtain) and driver knee airbags are standard. Autonomous emergency braking (AEB) and a lane keep assist (LKA) system with lane departure warning (LDW) are also standard.
